The team (Caposse) is a group of backcountry mentors that have three very important things in common:

They are backcountry mentors that lead by setting an example, stimulate the conversation and tailor to their guests desires for higher learning and experiences. We’re not quite sure where Rich hails from. He’s been gone from Australia long enough to be considered local. When he’s not maintaining the Blanket Glacier Chalet, he’s out on adventures in the mountains or shirtless downtown. Don’t get lost staring into his blue eyes on the skin track, you need that focus for skiing. Rich will make sure your equipment is dialled and take any opportunity to give you the shirt off his back.
