The team (Caposse) is a group of backcountry mentors that have three very important things in common:

They are backcountry mentors that lead by setting an example, stimulate the conversation and tailor to their guests desires for higher learning and experiences. A sneaky Frenchy from the east coast found her way to the west. She followed the dry fluffy snow with her snowboard after receiving two art degrees in Eastern Canada. Karine quickly realized it was her passion for cooking that would be her career. She perfected her culinary skills by feeding hungry tree planters in BC for over a decade and by hosting many dinner parties with her friends; so beware, you will gain ten glorious pounds. She is mama to the cutest Mexican dog ever.
