The team (Caposse) is a group of backcountry mentors that have three very important things in common:

They are backcountry mentors that lead by setting an example, stimulate the conversation and tailor to their guests desires for higher learning and experiences. Jordy drinks Aperol Spritzes and enjoys the sweet sweet sound of snowblowing. When he isn’t stoking the sauna fire, or pouring you a jug of ale, he’s shredding the goods that Blanket has to offer. Jordy is slowly morphing into Al, smoking his pipe and watching people send it on the ramp.
